Take a trip to the Key West Wildlife Center, a park and rehabilitation clinic located on eight acres in Sonny McCoy Indigenous Park. While visiting you can explore flora and fauna native to Florida and visit a freshwater pond and two aviaries. Check out the rehabilitation center where injured and sick wildlife receive treatment, including native wild birds, sea turtles, land turtles, marine mammals and land mammals. While admission is free, donations for the clinic are appreciated.

Mallory Square, located on the waterfront, is home to the popular Key West Sunset Celebration. The daily festival begins two hours prior to sun down and features live entertainment and food vendors.
