Enter the serene setting of Simonton Court Historic Inn & Cottages and you'll be greeted by fragrant tropical flowers blooming beneath gently swaying palms. The Inn was once a cigar factory where craftsmen hand rolled some of the world's most famous cigars. A brick walkway, once a lane, runs past our sparkling pools and historic cottages built in 1880 as the homes of cigar factory workers.
Today this lane is our beautiful footpath through luxuriant private gardens, past expertly restored cottages, the secluded hot tub and four pools shimmering amid flowering vines and palm fronds. The cottages of Simonton Court retain their original 19th century charm, yet are updated with modern amenities. Each cottage has a porch and private patio, full bath, two private sleeping areas, kitchen, ceiling fan, air conditioning and color cable TV and VCR. The Inn, Manor House, Townhouse and The Mansion offer a variety of elegant suites and guest rooms. Each has a comfortable queen or king sized bed, private bath, ceiling fan, air conditioning and color TV with cable and VCR. Many have private porches or sundecks and some have Jacuzzi's.
Considered by many to be Key West's most beautiful property, the secluded world of Simonton Court is located in the very heart of Old Town. Begin your days with a complimentary breakfast served poolside each morning, then experience all that has made Key West a favorite destination for generations. Just steps outside our quiet enclave is Duval Street with island shopping, pub hopping, and people watching. It's only three short blocks to the Gulf of Mexico and the nightly sunset celebration. For water lovers, charters are available year round for fishing, diving and sailing trips.

The Inn at Simonton Court is a group of very unique rooms, created from an old cigar factory. No two are alike, but each is charming.
The Manor House at Simonton Court was once an old shotgun house, now lovingly restored, includes two poolside rooms.
The Townhouse at Simonton Court, our most elegant accommodations, is a 2 story stucco building with two secluded suites, which share a small pool and face a lovely brick courtyard Simonton Court's dedicated and friendly staff welcomes you with our attentive high quality service. We can provide information and reservations for all of your vacation needs. Our lushly landscaped two-acre, private compound consists of the two-story Inn, Manor House, Townhouse Suites, The Mansion, six cottages, secluded hot tub and four pools nestled in between. Our adults only resort is located just one block from Duval Street in the heart of Old Town Holiday & Special events all year. Each unit has a private bath, AC, ceiling fans, color cable TV/VCR and one or more phones.
