Our exclusive guest cottages, efficiencies, and private rooms are situated off a quiet lane in the heart of the historic district of old Key West. These guest quarters have been created out of cottages and homes well over 100 years old. We happen to be on the highest point in Key West-18ft. above sea level. The neighborhood is one of authenticity - Conchs, Bahamians, dogs, cats, and birds.We are located just 1 1/2 blocks from Duval Street - world famous for its shopping, restaurants, bars and lots of characters. 7 blocks ocean to ocean and walking distance to all attractions. All of our units have been totally renovated to give you all the amenities of home and privacy you might expect. We are AAA rated and have been given the Superior Florida Keys Lodging awarded by the Tourist Development Council.
So if you have decided to go deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, or just plain adventurous, come stay with us. We welcome all, even Kids and Pets.
